Tredero offers a range of accounts designed to appeal to traders of all experience levels. Each of our accounts comes with its own set of features. You can see all our available account types on our accounts page.

Opening your Tredero account is a simple process. You can be up and running in minutes!

• Click the Open Account button and complete the simple registration process.
• Once your registration is complete, you will receive a Welcome email from us with your account login details.

The account verification process will require you to submit some documents to us for our KYC process as below:

• Proof of Identity
  A legible, color copy of a government-issued ID document such as a Passport, ID Card, Driver’s License. Your photograph, name, and date of birth must be clearly visible on the document.
• Proof Of Residency
  A legible copy of a Utility Bill (landline, water, electricity, gas) or a Bank Statement or a Tax Document. This document must have been issued within the last 6-months, and the information must match your ID document and account information.

KYC and AML regulations require your account to be verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Please make sure you have correctly verified your account to avoid any potential withdrawal delays.

We strive to process all withdrawal requests within 48 hours of receipt. However, we have no control over the processes of your bank or credit card company, and delays may be incurred at these, which are outside our responsibility.

Tredero supports a range of account funding methods, including Credit Cards and Wire Transfers.

In compliance with AML regulations, withdrawals are only permitted using the same method used to fund your account. If you funded your account via Credit Card, any sum up to the original deposit could only be withdrawn to the same credit card used to make the initial deposit. If, for example, you made an initial deposit of $5,000 using your credit card and your account balance after trading is now at $7,500, the $5,000 may only be withdrawn to the credit card used for the initial deposit. The remaining balance of $2,500 may be withdrawn using a method of your choosing.

Funding your Tredero account is a straightforward process. Log in to your account, click on the “Deposit” button and fund your account using your preferred funding method. The deposited funds will appear in your account as soon as the deposit clears, for example, after confirmation from your credit card.
